Contest Rules

1. To Enter: Submit your photos to our Facebook Fan Page, send it via email to Social@Leashables.com or post them to our Twitter Page.

2. Dates: Contest will run from July 15, 2010 to August 15th, 2010.

3. Selection: Contest winners will be chosen by Leashables employees.

4. Entry Deadlines: Entry deadline will be 11:59 PM on August 15th, 2010.

5. Eligibility: (a) Employees of Leashables (OraLabs, Inc.) and all co-sponsors and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, sales representatives, and each of their immediate families (spouse, child, parents, siblings and their spouses) are not eligible to participate. (c) Promotional product distributors only. (d)This promotional contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and is void wherever prohibited. (e) Winners may be required to affirm their eligibility and compliance with these rules and regulations.

6. Prize: 100 pcs of SPF 15 Moisture Lip Balm. Setup and Shipping included. Winner is responsible for the payment of all income taxes and any other state, local, or federal taxes payable in connection with the prize received, if any.

7. Winner Notification/Prize Fulfillment: Winners will be posted on our Facebook page and Twitter account within two (2) days of the end of the competition, as well as the Leashables site. Leashables (OraLabs, Inc.) assumes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, or untimely delivery of prizes. Any prize not claimed or accepted within (10) days after notification will not be awarded.

8. Additional Terms: Submitting any entry and acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission of the sponsors to use the winner's name, address, photograph, or other likeness for advertising and promotional purposes. By submitting each entry, each entrant agrees to and is deemed to have accepted all of the terms, conditions, and regulations contained herein. No cash equivalents are permitted.
